Everything you need to know before you book.
Booking & payment
How do I book?
Send a booking request on our home page, or email or WhatsApp us the items you want and your event date. We confirm that everything is available for your date, then send your rental order and rental agreement to sign. Your date is reserved once the booking deposit is paid.
How much is the deposit?
A booking deposit of 50% of your order total reserves your date. It is credited toward your total, and it is not a security deposit.
For orders under $150, or if you book 14 days or less before your event, the full order total is due at booking.
The deposit is refundable if you cancel 21 or more days before your event. It becomes non-refundable if you cancel within 20 days of your event (see the cancellation policy below).
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event, and you can pay it by any accepted method (see "How can I pay?"). We cannot release, load, or deliver your items until your order is paid in full. If the balance is still unpaid 2 days after it is due, we may treat the booking as cancelled, and we keep your booking deposit.
How can I pay?
We bill you through QuickBooks invoicing. Each invoice we send includes a link to our secure payment portal, where you can pay.
We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and cash apps such as Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Cash. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge and wire transfers carry a 1% surcharge, both shown before you pay. There is no surcharge for debit cards, ACH, or Zelle.
Do your prices include sales tax?
No. Prices are before sales tax. Sales tax is added to rental fees, delivery fees, and other taxable charges as required by law.
If you pay by credit card (3%) or wire transfer (1%), the surcharge is automatically included in the total you see before you pay.
What do I sign?
A rental agreement and a rental order form listing your items, dates, prices, and delivery or pickup details. Both can be signed electronically, and electronic copies count the same as paper originals. The agreement covers things like the cancellation policy, damage rules, and liability, so please read it before you sign.
Delivery, pickup & returns
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver to the location you give us at the agreed time. Delivery pricing assumes ground-level access close to where our vehicle can park. Stairs, elevators, long carries, a specific delivery window, or waiting more than 15 minutes may add fees, which are listed on your rental order.
Please make sure the delivery spot is safe and clear, and that an adult is there at the scheduled time.
Can I pick up my rental myself?
Yes, by appointment. We share the pickup location when you book. Bring photo ID and a vehicle that can carry the items safely and keep them out of the weather. For pickup orders, you are responsible for the items while they are in transit.
What happens when my items arrive?
We count the items with you and take photos. Please check everything and tell us about any defect, damage, or missing item within 2 hours of receiving it and before you use it. Text, email, or phone all work, and photos help. If something is defective, we replace it promptly, or refund the rental fee for that item if we cannot.
Anything not reported in that window is considered received complete and in good condition.
When do I return my rental?
By the return date and time on your rental order. Unless it says otherwise, that is within 24 hours after your event ends. You can bring items back to us by appointment, in the same condition you received them (ordinary wear and tear excepted). We share the return location when you book. If we are collecting from your event, have everything gathered and ready at the scheduled pickup time. Items that are not ready may incur a wait-time or return-trip fee.
We check items in within one business day of their return, and you are welcome to be there.
What if I return something late?
A late fee equal to one day's rental rate applies for each late item, for each day or partial day until it is returned. Items not returned within 5 days of the return date are treated as lost, and you pay the replacement cost plus any late fees.
Using your rental
Do I need to be an adult to rent?
Yes. The person signing must be at least 18 years old and authorized to sign for the renter.
How should I use and care for the items?
Use the items only for your event, on your event date, and keep an eye on them throughout. Please protect them from theft, damage, and weather. Do not lend or sublease them, remove Confetty labels, or modify or repair them. Do not use tape, glue, nails, staples, glitter, confetti, or open flame on or near the items.
Can I use the items in the rain?
Weather is not a reason to cancel or get a refund, and unless we agree otherwise in writing, our items are not meant to sit out in rain or moisture. If bad weather is likely, you can use our one-time date change, described below. Tell us about your setup and we will let you know what works.
Do I need my own insurance?
You are responsible for any insurance you want for the items or your event. If your venue requires event liability insurance, you are responsible for getting it. We do not provide insurance coverage for renters or their guests.
Damage, loss & cleaning
What if something is damaged, lost, or stolen?
You are responsible for the items from delivery or pickup until we check them back in. If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen, you pay the repair cost or, if it cannot reasonably be repaired, the replacement cost. Replacement costs are listed in our Replacement Cost Schedule, which you receive with your rental order. Repair charges never exceed an item's replacement cost.
We are responsible for any damage our team causes during delivery, setup, takedown, or pickup, whether to our items or to your property or venue.
Are there cleaning fees?
Only if items come back needing cleaning beyond normal expectations. In that case you pay the cleaning fee on your rental order or, if none is listed, our reasonable actual cleaning cost. Permanent stains from things like wax, wine, makeup, or dye are treated as damage.
How are damage charges handled?
Within 72 hours of checking items in, we send an itemized statement with photos of any damage, loss, cleaning, or late charges. You have 7 days to dispute any charge in writing, and we work with you to resolve it before charging a disputed amount. Undisputed charges are made to your card on file between 7 and 21 days after the statement, unless you approve an earlier charge.
Cancellations & changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel in writing (email is fine). The timing matters because we hold your items off the market for your date.
21 or more days before your event: we cancel the booking and return your booking deposit.
Within 20 days of your event: we cancel the booking and keep your booking deposit.
If you have paid more than you owe, the difference is refunded within 10 business days.
Can I change my event date?
Yes, once without a fee, if you ask at least 14 days before your original date, your items are available on the new date, and the new date is within 12 months. Reducing quantities 14 days or less before your event is not refunded.
What if you need to cancel?
We only cancel for things outside our control, such as equipment failure, a medical emergency, extraordinary weather, or other force majeure events. We never cancel a confirmed booking to make room for another one.
If we cancel, we tell you as soon as we can and offer comparable substitutes if we have them. If you prefer not to accept substitutes, we refund everything you paid for the affected items within 10 business days.
